Construction and renovation · Renewing Spaces. Building Futures.
Built with precision.
Finished with character.
From a small repair to a complete new build: one team that designs, builds, installs and hands over.
RENOVA
One party for the whole building
Renovation always involves several disciplines at once: structure, services, finishing, interiors. Where they meet, mistakes happen. So we bring them under one roof, with our own tradespeople and one project lead who keeps the overview.
The result is a building that is technically sound and looks the way you imagined it. And a process in which you know what happens, when and at what cost.

Campaign · Amsterdam
On the canals
Canal houses ask for respect for what exists and precision in what is added: listed facades, narrow stairs, logistics by water and street. These campaign images show how RENOVA works in the historic centre.
Campaign images illustrating our approach. Not a specific completed property.

BeforeAfter
Craftsmanship
The millimetre is our measure
A joint that runs from worktop to wall. A switch aligned exactly with the door handle. An oak cabinet made in our own workshop before being adjusted on site. These are the details you do not notice when they are right.

Team
Our own tradespeople, recognisable on every site
Carpenters, installers, electricians, plasterers, painters and project leads. They work in fixed crews, wear the same workwear and drive the same vans. You know who is coming through your door.

Engineering
Engineering that disappears behind the wall
Electrical
Distribution boards, cabling and lighting plans to NEN 1010, tested and documented.
Water and waste
Pipework pressure-tested before closing, drainage with camera survey.
Heating
Underfloor heating calculated per room and balanced to the heat pump.
Envelope
Insulation, airtightness and vapour control as one coherent system.
From small to large
A dripping tap or an entire building

Small job

Room
A kitchen, bathroom or entire floor, with a fixed crew.

Extension
Extension, additional storey or roof addition, including permit.

Whole building
Complete renovation or new build under one project lead.
