A conversation about your wishes, the building and the budget. By phone, at our office or at your home.
You receive: an initial view of feasibility and approach.
On-site survey
A project lead measures, photographs and examines structure and services.
You receive: a survey report with points of attention.
Design and quote
Floor plans, material proposal and a quote itemised per component.
You receive: a fixed price or a clear budget with provisional sums.
Preparation
Permits, structural calculations, orders and a day-by-day schedule.
You receive: the schedule with start date and your dedicated project lead.
Execution
Fixed crews, a daily clean-up round and a weekly progress report.
You receive: weekly photos, progress and any decisions needed.
Handover and aftercare
Joint inspection, handover file and explanation of all services.
You receive: drawings, test reports, warranties and care advice.
